Most databases make you guess the exact title a person typed. BuzzAI does not. Every distinct job title in the database is indexed by meaning, so "eye surgeon who owns the practice" finds ophthalmologists, retina surgeons and practice owners even when their titles use different words. Rare titles held by only a few people are still searchable.
Each result carries its evidence: current title shows the specialty, decision-maker evidence (owner, partner, founder, president), company description matches. You can see at a glance why someone is on the list and sort the strongest fits to the top.
Every search also returns the shape of the whole list, not just the top 100 people: how many match in total, how many are owners and decision makers, how many have a work email or mobile, and the breakdown by state, company size, seniority and department. That lets you tighten or widen a search in one step.
