One complaint costs more than a hundred replies earn. A suppression list makes the promise real: once someone says no, they are out, across every campaign and every mailbox in the account.
Buzzlist stores suppressed people as hashes, keyed so a person cannot be re-added by accident from a new search or a new list. There is no delete button.
When sending from inside Buzzlist arrives, every email will carry an unsubscribe link, a postal address and a line saying "reply stop" works. A reply of stop, a click on the link, or a complaint will add the person to the list at once.
