There is no annual commitment and no seat minimum. Monthly plans renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
Your account keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are nonrefundable, which is set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
If you cancel, you drop back to Free rather than losing your account.
